We have an important role that we need filled for one of our Senior Vice Presidents. We are looking for a Financial Analyst or Senior Level Accountant to perform the following

Major Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial analysis on acquisition target companies
  • Prepare summaries for executive management for decision making on the acquisition process of medical groups.
  • Perform analysis on industry data to compare target companies data for decision making support.
  • Organize presentations for executive management.
  • Conduct research in industry websites for comparable data.

    Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting of finance
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Strong analysis skills
  • Strength in financial statement analysis
  • Ability to build financial models
  • Good communication skills
  • High energy
