While rare, should our candidate leave your firm for any reason within the guarantee period, Z&A has a guarantee in place to fulfill your needs. We will provide that with the same level of exceptional service.
We are experienced and focus our search to provide the best candidates that are potential fits for you and your needs.
We meet with each candidate in a face to face interview. In that interview we will discuss the candidate’s education, career experience, skill set, culture fits, and short term/long term goals. We also go into detail about the position and explore the potential fit. Before presenting the candidate, we address issues such as compensation range established for the role, benefits, relocation if applicable, counter offers, and any known potential obstacles in accepting the role.
We will present to you only those candidates who we feel are qualified for the position.
After presenting the candidate's profile and interview notes and determining a potential fit,we will speak with you about commencing the interview process. We assist in setting up all interviews with the candidate. We also provide professional and personal detailed references and provide those reference checks to you.
We assist in the offer process to make sure all questions for both are answered timely and a start date is set. We assist the candidate with the resignation process and transition.
Throughout, we are communicating with you and the candidate to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible throughtout the entire process. It is a collaborative effort.
